In July´s webinar, Ros Wright will be discussing with Ernest Bowles, a counseling psychotherapist in North Somerset, about the importance of building rapport and different subcategories of communication including body language, metaphor and the narrative.

The webinar is aimed at Medical English teachers, healthcare professionals and anyone who is interested in developing better awareness of communication in interpersonal relationships.
