Definitions and Interpretations in these Conditions

The ‘Website’ shall mean www.ealthy.com. The ‘Company’ shall mean EALTHY.
‘The customer shall mean the person in whose name the booking is made and shall include the person or persons on whose behalf the same is made.
‘Force Majeure’ shall mean any event outside the Company’s control which prevents the prompt performance of its obligations, including war and civil strife, etc.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

EALTHY owns or is licensed to use all intellectual property rights relating to materials offered.

Reproduction, posting, transmission or other distribution or use of the Product in whole or in part, in any medium, requires the written permission of the Copyright holders, or in the case of third party materials, the owner of that content. You may not alter or remove any copyright or other notice from copies of the content.

EALTHY reserves the right to update the content of the website from time to time, in order to ensure that the content is up-to-date.

Disclaimer

EALTHY will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of EALTHY, its employees or agents.

We will then respond to all reasonable complaints and we will do all we can to resolve any problems. We will not, unfortunately, be able to respond to complaints made to the company after the customer’s annual membership has ended.

Membership

Membership is annual and runs for 365 days from the day that you are added as a member. This may be the day that your membership fee is received or soon after. We cannot process membership until a fee is received.

Website

EALTHY work with Third Parties to host the website. These Third Parties provide the website on an ‘AS IS’ basis. Your use of the website and its content is at your own risk. EALTHY is not responsible for the running of the website, and do not guarantee that the website will provide continuous, prompt, secure or error-free service, and assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to or viruses that may affect your computer equipment or other property arising from your use of the course, including but not limited to the reproduction of the content.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and Refund policy for EALTHY events or shared events are specific to the event and will vary according to the event. Full information will be provided when booking.

Membership refunds are made only when memberships have been purchased in error or during the period of an Individual membership, an Institutional membership is taken out which includes the existing Individual membership. In this case, the value of the remaining Individual membership will be refunded.
