SLC offer new Institutional Licence – 850 hours of digital medical English from only £5 per month

EALTHY Associate member and longstanding partner, Specialist Language Courses (SLC), has launched a new institutional licence, giving university and college students access to over 850 hours of Medical English courses for one low monthly price.

The courses have all been developed with one goal in mind – to enable learners to engage effectively and confidently in the international world of healthcare, whether it be providing care in English, attending professional development events, keeping up with research, or working with international colleagues.

Until now, these have only been available on a course by course basis – similar to buying individual text books. However, this has now changed. With the new institutional licence, your students and teachers can access all SLC courses. This enables students to rapidly develop their professional English and lecturers to transform their medical English courses.

Courses include:

• Profession-specific – medicine, nursing, pharmacy, radiography, care
• Cross-healthcare – essential and advanced grammar, medical terminology
• Academic – medical academic skills, writing for publication
• Exam preparation – OET, IELTS

You can use a selection of courses if you prefer – SLC will curate this for you at no cost. You can even combine different units from different courses to create your own unique course.
