Webinar | Communication Skills in Veterinary Medicine

Ever wondered what it might be like to work with professionals in the veterinary sector? Following her observations and discussions with other trainers, Ros will offer some insight into the needs and challenges of overseas vets looking to live and work in an English-speaking country.

We’ll discuss the role of the vet and look at their work in different environments, including small animal practice, as well as some more unlikely (and possibly less appealing) situations. We’ll also consider the types of communication vets need on a daily basis when dealing with clients and the animals in their care. While some aspects of veterinary communication skills and the approach used to train them will be familiar, others may surprise you.
