In October, we opened with some thought-provoking questions. In the webinar, Jonathan McFarland reflected on quotations referring to a humanistic approach in a doctor-patient relationship. You can also read the summary in the Articles and Comment section. We also shared perspectives on using translation as a classroom activity in teaching intermediate and advanced English learners at the tertiary level of education. You can put these theories into practice by choosing some of the lesson plans aimed at the use of language supporting the patient-centred approach.
